How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" to create your account. Then choose how many nodes you'd like to host and enter your community credentials. Complete payment and you're ready to host.

How can I reset my password?

Select “forgot my password” from the Codex login page.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes! We do not share or keep any of your information other than your email for notification purposes. All other information is not stored.

How can I delete my account?

What type of nodes will Codex have?

There is one node type that will be connecting to the codex blockchain. 1) codex nodes will confirm transactions and eventually host AI LLM models connected to the foundations blockchain. This community vote will happen in the first quarter of 2025.

Will there be Codex blockchain NFTs?

Yes. There are different types of hosting NFTs valuable for sale and others will be decided and voted on by the community in the future.

When will the Codex blockchain reward distribution be launched?

It is anticipated 2025 and the exact date will be voted on by the community. Action points will be calculating and tracked from Dec 1, 2024 and the data will be tracked in your foundations dashboard once it is live. The foundations dashboard is anticipated to go live 1st quarter of 2025.

Does pausing my nodes update my subscription price?

No, pausing your node will not update your subscription price. You will need to unsubscribe your node to update your monthly invoice total..

How do I update my profile information?

Once logged in, on the top right-hand corner of the Codex instances page click on your username Select “Account” and change as needed.

What is your refund policy?

Any and all canceled instances will be refunded at a pro-rated rate dependent on how many days are left in your monthly subscription. Refunds are processed immediately but funds can take up to 7-10 business days arrive.

What should I do if I'm experiencing technical issues?

Hit "Refresh." You'd be amazed how often issues are resolved just by refreshing your browser. If that doesn't fix things, try clearing your cache. If the issue persists, please reach out to [email protected] with screenshots of the issue.

Do you have a mobile app?

No, we do not. However, our website and software products are mobile-friendly and easy to access from any device.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

All email preferences can be updated from your account profile.

What is the Codex tokenomics?

Tokenomics will be 50B rewards with a halving each year at the anniversary date of the blockchain going live.

How will the Codex blockchain be funded by the community?

The codex blockchain will receive monthly hosting service fees, ad codex prepaid hosting NFTs. transaction fees will be used in 2 ways. 1) to fund the growth and development of the codex blockchain technology and 2) A percentage will also be distributed daily to the node owners based on node work performed. The revenue from community NFTs, nodes, and confirmation fees will also be used to upgrade and improve the codex blockchain technology.

Codex Nodes and the Codex Blockchain will be governed by a Distributed Governance Framework (DGF). The Codex Blockchain, governed by Codex Node Owners, will self-govern the distribution of Codex Digital Rewards. Codex Digital Rewards will be earned in exchange for work and action on the Codex Blockchain. Codex Digital Rewards are designed to have utility throughout the Codex Ecosystem for the purchase of Codex’s products and services. The Codex Digital Reward is not an investment product and may never have any value outside of the Codex Ecosystem. Codex Node Owners should not expect to recognize any value from the Codex Digital Reward other than its utility within the Codex Ecosystem.
